Everything we install is covered by the manufacturers warranty and is carried by Aquatica.
Water Feature Service
Aquatica is the only water feature design firm in Wisconsin that has a dedicated Service Department. When Aquatica installs your water feature, pond or water garden, you can be assured that it will provide a special place for your family and friends to enjoy and relax. You can also relax knowing the firm that designed/installed your water feature can maintain and service your water feature whenever you need us. Our Maintenance Department offers a variety of services including on-site consultation, weekly and monthly service visits, on call maintenance visits as well as small renovations to existing waterfeatures like skimmer or biofalls replacements. Our experience will help ensure you'll CONTINUE to love your waterfeature. Whatever you may need, we will be there to help.
Retail
Aquatica's retail center is a one of a kind shopping experience that allows you to find whatever you need for your water feature. If we don't stock it, we can get it for you within 2-3 business days. We offer everything from pumps, underwater lighting, fittings, liner and water treatments to having the largest selection of pond fish and aquatic plants in the state.
